Spa placement over a hinterland home

A 620 kg acrylic spa flown over a two-storey home into a rear deck with a 3.2 m gate and no side access.

01

The constraint

The only street frontage was a steep cul-de-sac with a 3.2 m side gate and no crane standing.

The rear deck sat 6 m above natural ground on a falling block.

Removing fencing and retaining to walk the spa in would have cost more than the spa.

Client record

Cheaper than pulling the fence down, and the garden was untouched.
