Everything inside the Brisbane control zone needs an ATC clearance and a coordinated slot. Over-populous-area rules
Slung loads over a built-up area are flown under CASA approval with a defined jettison corridor. Practically, that means we design the flight path over the river, rail corridors, parkland or the site itself, not over occupied buildings, which sometimes shifts the pickup point several blocks from the obvious one.
Afternoon storm windows, October to March
